Who can apply?
We welcome Emirati men and women based in Abu Dhabi, including People of Determination (POD), to join our program. If you are detail-oriented, have basic English skills, and are eager to learn more about AI while kickstarting your career in this exciting field, this opportunity is for you. Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
What is data annotation?
Data annotation is the process of labeling or tagging data, such as text, images, or videos, to help AI systems like Large Language Models (LLMs) understand and learn. For example, annotating text might involve marking keywords, categorizing phrases, or correcting grammar. This labeled data helps AI become smarter and more accurate in tasks like answering questions, translating languages, or generating useful content.
Do I need experience?
No, prior experience is not required to join QudraTech! If you do have experience, that’s a great bonus, but we are here to support everyone. At QudraTech, we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the skills you need to succeed in your career—both as a data annotator and in general. Our program is designed to help you grow and excel in many fields.
What happens after I pass?
At QudraTech, we carefully review all candidates to select individuals who are the best fit for our program. After passing the assessment, you will go through several stages, including interviews and internal reviews, to evaluate your suitability for the role. You will be contacted at each step of the process, and we will keep you informed up until we make the final decision. Rest assured, we aim to make this process as transparent and smooth as possible.
What equipment do I need to join the program?
You’ll need access to a laptop that can handle the required workload and is your own personal device. Additionally, a stable internet connection is essential to successfully complete tasks and training sessions.
